General Surgery

The Department of General Surgery comprises elite faculty staff, where the department provides all surgeries using laparoscope as well as open surgeries.

This Comprises:

• Eradication of all gastrointestinal tumors (esophageal tumors, stomach, pancreas and ductus cystic us - colon, rectum and anus).

• Excision of parotid and salivary gland tumors.

• Obesity surgeries (sleeve - diversion).

• Diaphragmatic hernia repair and gastroesophageal reflux.

• Inguinal / umbilical hernia repair.

• Endoscopic removal of abdominal adhesions.

• Excision of the gallbladder and appendix.

• Anal surgeries (hemorrhoids - fissures - anal fistula).

• Moreover, the doctors of the General Surgery Department perform all surgeries of (breast - thyroid - parathyroid - adrenal).

• The General Surgery Department handles emergency cases, including traffic accidents and gunshot injuries.
