Based on Al-Arabi Hospital’s keenness to provide all means of comfort to the patient after the medical procedure, a convalescence home was established attached to the hospital to serve patients and their families during their medical journey. The Convalescence House includes 69 hotel suites that are highly equipped and contain all the luxury amenities for the comfort of patients and their families at competitive prices.
The patient's medical reports are received and the treatment plan is determined by a group of consultants. Accordingly, the cost of the procedures required for him is determined. After obtaining the patient's approval, ELARABY Hospital sends an invitation to receive the patient.
The patient is received starting from the airport and heading to the hotel or hospital, depending on the patient’s condition.
There is an ambulance equipped with intensive care to transport and receive necessary cases.
The patient resides in a convalescent home and goes to the hospital daily to undergo tests and return again (if the condition is stable), until the date of the operation is determined, after which the hospital stay is transferred.
The patient's stay is transferred to the hospital from the first day if his condition is unstable.
After the patient completes his treatment plan, he is contacted to obtain his comments and opinion and to help him complete the procedures for his return to his country in the best of health.
